By using this process, there was no metal movement and close tolerances are much easier to hold.
At the request of a customer, XTSP was asked to design and manufacture a simple, extremely rugged and durable 2 stage AR-15/AR-10 trigger at at OEM prices. Now XTSP introduces that product to the shooting public making it available to everyone.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The hammer, trigger body, and the disconnector are made from 2 different steels and XTSP requires material certifications from their suppliers for consistent quality control. They are cut by one of XTSP’s Mitsubishi wire EDM machines from ground plate hardened to 54Rc. Then they are tumbled and polished and received a PVD diamond like coating (DLC) that makes the surface as hard as diamonds and extremely smooth and slippery.
These tool steel parts are positioned and held in precise alignment by a lightweight anodized aluminum cage ready for a 2 minute drop in installation. XTSP provides ground anti-walk pins to contain the trigger in your lower receiver. Installation is simple and can be done by anyone.
